How we work with our Clients
Our clients are individuals placing private commissions, architects, interior designers and cabinet makers.
We develop an idea or theme put to us by the client, be it in an early formative stage or as a refined design, and progress the idea into a workable design that can be applied to marquetry.
We are able to create marquetry to any design, contemporary or classical, and have an extensive range of materials to select from: veneers of every imaginable wood type, different types of mother of pearl shell sourced from around the world, and metals such as brass, silver nickel and gold.
The client’s input at all stages ensures that the end result matches the client’s requirements as closely as possible. We can then either apply the marquetry to create a finished high quality item, or pass the finished marquetry as an ‘overlay’ onto a cabinet maker who would mount the marquetry onto the surface that is to become its home.
